Background
The University of Wisconsin Madison, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking bids for Commissioning Services. The University aims to enhance the performance and efficiency of its facilities through these services. These services are critical to ensuring that building systems operate as intended and meet the specified requirements.

Work Details
The contract involves providing comprehensive commissioning services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Verifying that building systems are designed, installed, and function according to the owner's operational needs;
