Background
The City of Madison Public Library is soliciting bids for a Commercial Robot Floor Cleaner to enhance its cleaning capabilities. Period of Performance
The performance period for this contract will commence upon award and will include the duration of the service contract for five years following the delivery of the robots.

The services and delivery of products will take place at the Madison Public Library located in Madison, Wisconsin.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the City of Madison's affirmative action requirements if they employ 15 or more employees and have an annual business aggregate with the City exceeding $50,000. They are required to submit an Affirmative Action Plan within thirty (30) days after the effective date of the contract if applicable. Bidders must also ensure compliance with all specifications outlined in this solicitation.
