- Ability to reverse out large solid areas and produce duotones with large screened areas.
- Line screen greater than 150 lines per inch.
- Special printing techniques such as double bumping, ghosting bars, or dry trapping.
4. Binding operations include Smyth sewing, collating, scoring, and other finishing operations.
5. All work must be performed using heat set web computer to plate (CTP) lithographic process on recycled paper.
6. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, packing, freight, travel, parking, and any other costs necessary to fulfill the contract requirements.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution by the Department of Administration and will end on June 30, 2027.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed within the United States as required by state law.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have been performing print production for at least three years prior to submission. All work must be performed within the contractor's plant unless otherwise approved by the Department of Administration.
