Background
Green Bay Area Public Schools (GBAPS) is seeking to enter into a professional services contract with a Civil Engineering firm to support various district-wide projects. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive civil engineering services and documentation necessary for creating integrated bid packages that meet the needs of GBAPS sites.
Work Details

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on January 1, 2026, with a proposed end date of December 31, 2030. It will be structured as a five-year service agreement with the potential for four one-year renewals.

The services will be performed primarily within the Green Bay Area Public Schools district in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
