The County is seeking bids for preventative maintenance and repair services for four air compressor systems critical to the operations of the RNG Plant, Offload Station, and Rodefeld Landfill. Work Details
The contractor will provide preventative maintenance and repair services for four air compressor systems:
1) Instrument Air 1 - Rotary Screw Atlas Copco G15;
2) Instrument Air 2 - Rotary Screw Atlas Copco G15;
3) Offload - Reciprocating Quincy QT-5;
4) Landfill - Sullair 1109E/A.
Services include scheduled maintenance at specified intervals (2000 hours/3 months, 4000 hours/6 months, and 6000 hours/9 months), replacement of air filter elements, oil filters, separator elements, lubricants, and conducting general system inspections. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, consumables, diagnostic equipment, and ensure technicians are trained in maintaining the specific compressor types. Emergency service availability is required with a response time of within 4 hours.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of the purchase order or contract execution date with an initial term from January 2026 to December 31, 2026. There are options for renewal for up to four additional terms through December 31, 2030.
