Work Requested:
The project seeks qualified contractors to complete improvements at two park locations:

Warner Park:

• Remove existing sports light poles
• Remove existing pavement
• Install new asphalt pavement
• Install fencing and gates
• Install net posts and nets
• Apply sport court finishing and striping
• Install a stormwater basin
• Restore the site

These activities will result in the construction of an eight (8) court pickleball complex.

Worthington Park:

• Remove existing pavement
• Pulverize and shape existing asphalt
• Install new asphalt pavement
• Install a Mini-Pitch system
• Apply sport court finishing and striping
• Replace storm sewer and lateral
• Install a pavement storm sewer
• Restore the site

These improvements will result in the construction of one (1) futsal court.
