8825 - Annual Construction and Reconstruction of Concrete Sidewalk and Incidental Concrete Curb and Gutter Work Ordered (Districts 2 and 6)

Scope of Work:
The contractor is requested to perform annual construction and reconstruction services focused on concrete sidewalk repairs and incidental concrete curb and gutter work. The primary tasks include:

• Replacing defective sidewalk sections
• Repairing or reconstructing curb and gutter areas
• Upgrading and installing sidewalk ramps, including the installation of truncated domes (to be supplied by the contractor)
• Completing associated work as specified

Requesting Agency:
This solicitation is issued for work to be performed throughout Alder Districts 2 and 6.

Background:
This contract supports the ongoing maintenance and improvement of pedestrian infrastructure within the specified districts, addressing safety and accessibility by replacing and upgrading sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and ramps.
