5740-26000 - Countywide Time & Material - Concrete Restoration

Work Requested:
Milwaukee County is seeking qualified contractors to provide concrete restoration services on a time and material (T&M) basis. The County intends to establish a centralized pool of contracts, allowing any County department to utilize these services for maintenance and repair projects as needs arise. The scope of each project will be negotiated individually between Milwaukee County and the selected contractor. Multiple contracts may be awarded under each T&M contract type, but receiving a contract award does not guarantee any work.

Background:
The Countywide Time & Material - Concrete Restoration contract aims to streamline and centralize the process for County departments to access concrete restoration services for various maintenance and repair needs. By creating a pool of pre-qualified contractors, Milwaukee County can efficiently address project requirements as they occur.

Contract Requirements:

• Separate bid submissions are required in Bid Express for each T&M contract type.
• Scope of work for each project will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
• Multiple awards may be made for each contract type.
• Award of a contract does not guarantee assignment of work.
