Background
The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is seeking bids for the WSP-Shelton Academy HVAC System Improvements project. The project aims to improve the HVAC system at the WSP-Shelton Academy and is being managed by Tony Ifie. The estimated bid cost range is $815,000.00 to $900,000.00.

Work Details
The project involves HVAC system improvements at the WSP-Shelton Academy. Bidders are required to submit Form A (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical) with their bid proposal or within one hour after the bid submittal time/date for proposals exceeding $1M.
Additionally, Form B (Structural Steel Install, Rebar Install) must be submitted within 48 hours after the bid submittal time/date.
The pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Conference Room, 631 W Dayton Airport Rd., Shelton, WA 98584.

Period of Performance
Bids should be submitted no later than 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
The project's period of performance will be determined based on the contract award date.
