Background
The State of Washington is developing a competitive solicitation for custom-made jumpsuits and uniforms for the Washington State Patrol (WSP). This includes uniforms for Commercial Vehicle and Drivers, as well as Commissioned Officer Troopers. The statewide contract aims to provide custom uniforms to state agencies and qualifying organizations that have signed the Contracts Usage Agreement (CUA). Work Details
The contract includes the provision of the following custom uniform items:

1. **Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Drivers’ Uniforms**:
- Items: Daily wear shirt, pants.
- Style and Pattern: Must align precisely with current WSP commercial enforcement uniforms in design and functionality, including compatible vest closures.
- Accessories: Required patches, nameplates, reflective elements, insignia, stripes, or features unique to WSP Commercial Vehicle attire.

2. **Commissioned Officer Trooper Uniforms**:
- Items: Formal shirts, trousers, outerwear vest, ceremonial accessories.
- Style and Pattern: Must align precisely with current WSP Commissioned Officer Trooper uniforms in design and functionality.
- Fabric and Features: As per provided WSP specifications; must include required insignia, stripes, or features unique to WSP Trooper attire.

3. **Jumpsuits**:
- Style: Pattern, color, and cut must match the exact current style.
- Material: Per WSP’s current specification; trims/accessories must include zippers, insignia, stitching as currently used.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be performed annually with approximate sales of $152,237.00.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed in Washington State, including on-site fittings as required.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate the ability to produce custom uniform items that adhere exactly to provided design specifications without substitutions. They must also ensure fabric color matching accuracy under specified conditions. Vendors are required to have minimum insurance coverage which includes Commercial General Liability ($2 million per occurrence / $4 million general aggregate), Stop Gap Liability ($1 million per incident), and Commercial Auto Liability ($1 million if driving on site).
