WSAC TeamSnap Sole Source Contract Transparency

Background
The Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) is proposing a sole source contract with TeamSnap, Inc. for the administration of youth sports sponsorship related to WA529 marketing.

WA529 manages the state's college savings plans, targeting families with children under 13 years old. The initiative aims to leverage youth sports events as a strategic avenue to reach this demographic effectively.

Work Details
The contract authorizes TeamSnap to provide services as outlined in Exhibit A - Included Services and at prices specified in Exhibit B - Prices for Services.

The services include marketing and administrative support for youth sports sponsorships aimed at promoting WA529 college savings plans. All services provided must be new and unused, adhering to the latest models or designs.

WSAC reserves the right to modify the scope of services with ten days' notice, provided modifications remain within the original competitive solicitation's scope.

Period of Performance
The contract term is eleven months, commencing on August 2, 2025, and concluding on June 30, 2026. There is an option for mutual agreement to extend the term for up to three additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in Washington State, focusing on youth sports events across various locations within the state.

Bidder Requirements
Contractor must be registered with the Washington State Department of Revenue and Secretary of State, maintain all necessary licenses and certifications, and comply with applicable laws including civil rights requirements.

The contractor must also adhere to insurance requirements as specified in Exhibit C - Insurance Requirements.
