Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

Background
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking vendors to provide Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable and efficient communication services for various state facilities. Vendors must have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable technical addenda on file to participate in this solicitation.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services, including but not limited to: installation of extended handoffs to specified locations, ensuring compliance with the Guaranteed Install Interval, and meeting all mandatory specifications outlined in the RFQ. Contractors must provide detailed cost models for each site they are bidding on, including all associated costs such as cabling, labor, permits, and equipment.

Specific requirements include:
1) Installation of services at designated sites with adherence to security protocols;
2) Provision of supplemental bandwidth pricing options;
3) Compliance with background check requirements for personnel accessing secure facilities;
4) Submission of a completed Cost Model and signed Certificate and Assurances.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be executed by September 3, 2025, following the announcement of the apparently successful vendor(s). The exact duration will depend on the specific terms agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations across Washington State as specified in the RFQ, including but not limited to Olympia, Longview, Oak Harbor, Spokane, Gig Harbor, Kent, Seattle, Puyallup, and Port Angeles.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must possess a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and relevant technical addenda with WaTech. They must also comply with all mandatory requirements outlined in the RFQ. Additionally, contractors are required to submit a completed Cost Model and signed Certificate and Assurances. Failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification from consideration.
