Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

Background
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking vendors to provide Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable and efficient network services for various locations as part of WaTech's mission to support technology solutions for state agencies.

Work Details
Vendors must provide both Wireline Ethernet and Fixed Wireless services, adhering to the specifications outlined in the RFQ. Each contractor must have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable Technical Addenda on file with WaTech. Contractors are required to meet the Guaranteed Install Interval for each site they bid on, with penalties for non-compliance.

The services must include installation, maintenance, and any necessary equipment as specified in the Cost Model (Appendix A). The RFQ mandates that contractors submit a completed Cost Model and a signed Certificate and Assurances (Appendix B) for evaluation. Specific requirements include providing supplemental bandwidth pricing options and ensuring compliance with all mandatory specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last until all services are delivered, with specific timelines detailed in the RFQ schedule. Key dates include responses due by August 6, 2025, with an expected earliest date to issue the Statement of Work on August 20, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout Washington State as specified in the RFQ and associated site drawings.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must possess a signed NSA and applicable Technical Addenda with WaTech to participate. They must also comply with all mandatory requirements outlined in the RFQ, including background checks for personnel involved in service delivery. Failure to meet any mandatory requirements will result in disqualification from consideration.
