Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

Background
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking vendors to provide Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable and efficient communication services for various state facilities. Vendors must have a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) and the applicable technical addenda on file to participate in this solicitation.

Work Details
Vendors are required to provide Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services as specified in the RFQ. This includes meeting the Guaranteed Install Interval for each site, providing a completed Cost Model in Excel format, and adhering to all mandatory specifications outlined in the RFQ.

Contractors must also submit a signed Certificate and Assurances document with their response. The services must include all costs associated with delivery, such as cabling, equipment, labor, and any necessary permits. Additionally, contractors are required to provide supplemental bandwidth pricing options for future upgrades.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last until all services are delivered as per the agreed terms. The responses are due by July 23, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various state facilities across Washington State as specified in the RFQ.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must have a signed NSA and applicable Technical Addendum with WaTech. They must also complete the Cost Model accurately, including all mandatory columns. Background checks for contractor employees may be required prior to service commencement.
