Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

Background
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking vendors to provide Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services. The agency aims to enhance its telecommunications capabilities through this procurement. Vendors must have a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the applicable technical addenda on file to participate in this solicitation.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services, including meeting the Guaranteed Install Interval and any shorter install intervals proposed by the contractor. Contractors must submit a completed Cost Model in Excel format detailing all costs associated with service delivery, including:

- Cabling
- Conduit
- Fiber
- Entrance facilities
- Equipment shelves
- Racks
- UPS
- Permits
- Labor
- Fees

The services must comply with all mandatory specifications outlined in the RFQ and MSA. Additionally, contractors are required to provide supplemental bandwidth pricing options for potential upgrades without further competition. Failure to provide at least one supplemental bandwidth pricing per site will result in disqualification for that site.

Period of Performance
The solicitation was released on September 11, 2024, with responses due by October 2, 2024. The earliest expected date to issue a Statement of Work is October 16, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations specified in the RFQ including Seattle Downtown, Spokane, Port Angeles, and Sunnyside in Washington State.
