Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

Background
The Consolidated Technology Services (CTS) is seeking Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services. Vendors must have a signed Master Services Agreement and the applicable addenda with CTS in order to participate and/or bid. The RFQ was released on May 8, 2024, and responses are due by May 29, 2024. Responding Contractors without a signed MSA and applicable Technical Addendum will be disqualified.

Work Details
Contractors are required to submit a signed Certificate and Assurances for their response, along with a completed Cost Model in excel for the sites they are bidding on. The proposed services must meet all mandatory specifications outlined in the RFQ, MSA, and Technical Addendum unless otherwise stated by CTS. The evaluation of Contractor responses will be based on pass/fail criteria, including the Guaranteed Install Interval and Special Mandatory Requirements.

Period of Performance
The schedule includes various important dates such as the release of the solicitation, final contractor comments and questions due date, pre-proposal conference dates, complaint due date, bid response due date, announcement of apparently successful vendors, optional contractor debriefing dates, and earliest expected date to issue Statement of Work.
Late proposals will not be accepted.
