11. Development and maintenance of a training website for online registration and course information.
12. Provision of Spanish interpretation and translation services as needed for equitable access to training materials.
Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2027.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout Washington State, with specific focus on both the west and east sides to ensure statewide accessibility.
Bidder Requirements
Proposers must be licensed to do business in Washington or commit to obtaining a license within 30 days if selected. They should have at least five years of experience in delivering training within the WAP network and must be accredited by The Interstate Renewable Council (IREC).
