Background

Work Details
WDFW is requesting the following generator sets:

- Five (5) 200 kW 480v 3 Phase Open Skid Diesel Generators
- Two (2) 200 kW 480v 3 Phase Enclosed Diesel Generators (Sound Level 2)

The equipment must undergo full factory testing, including operation at rated load and power factor, with a certified test report provided by the supplier. Responsibilities of the supplier include delivery, installation, and on-site acceptance testing, which will consist of cold start tests and full load tests. The supplier must also provide training for facility personnel on operation and maintenance. A minimum two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship is required, along with 24/7 service support from certified technicians who can respond within 24 hours. Additionally, all packaging should be free from polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), color, or dyes.

Period of Performance
The required delivery date for the generators is no later than June 26th, 2025. The contract will be performed over a period that includes delivery, installation, acceptance testing, and training as specified.
