Background
The Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. WSAC intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract to provide Washington College Savings Plans (WA529) a turn-key package for youth sports sponsorships in the state of Washington.
Work Details
The selected bidder will be responsible for finding, vetting, and communicating with youth sports organizations to facilitate sponsorships for WA529. The sponsorships will take place at leagues that can deliver exclusivity for WSAC within the 529 College Savings Plans business category. The bidder will arrange with the organizations to generate and implement the sponsorship assets, including placing WA529 as a sponsor in a minimum of two youth sports leagues in each targeted county, printing WA529’s logo on jerseys, printing and placing banners at game venues, sending emails to participating parents, posting messages on social media, displaying the WA529 web banner on league websites, administering pre- and post-season surveys, and delivering exposure of a minimum of two million impressions via a digital mobile application used by participating athletes and their families.
The bidder will also be responsible for installation and delivery of creative assets provided by WSAC, as well as measurement and reporting of campaign success.
Period of Performance
The contract term is approximately twelve (12) months. The competitive solicitation posting date is May 30, 2024. The deadline for submitting bids is July 15, 2024. Anticipated award of contract is August 14, 2024.
Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed remotely with no travel requirement or expectation.
