WA Blueberry Commission International Marketing & Promotion

Background
The Washington State Blueberry Commission (WBC) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. The WBC intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for WBC to purchase International Marketing and Promotional Services for Washington’s blueberry industry, specifically in Indonesia and Thailand.

Work Details
Pursuant to this Contract, the Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Services.
The scope of the contract includes the sale and provision of international marketing and promotional services for Washington’s blueberry industry in Indonesia and Thailand.
The Contractor must comply with various representations and warranties related to business qualifications, taxes, licenses, certifications, authorizations, and approvals.
Additionally, the Contractor must comply with civil rights requirements, Executive Order 18-03 – Workers’ Rights (if applicable), Washington Small Business certification (if applicable), Certified Veteran-Owned Business certification (if applicable), and must not have been involved in public contracts and procurement fraud within the three-year period prior to this Contract.

Period of Performance
The term of this Contract is from June 1, 2024, ending December 31, 2025; unless terminated sooner.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the services will be performed are Indonesia and Thailand.
