Virtual Care and Ambient Monitoring for the Inpatient Room

Background
UW Medicine is seeking to establish a Contract with a qualified and experienced Bidder to provide a virtual care and ambient monitoring solution for the inpatient setting. UW Medicine is an integrated clinical, research, and learning health system comprised of multiple entities that are managed together as a health system.
UW Medicine's mission is to improve the health of the public by advancing medical knowledge, providing outstanding primary and specialty care to the people of the region, and preparing tomorrow’s physicians, scientists, and other health professionals.

Work Details
The Bidder must provide a virtual care and ambient monitoring solution for the inpatient setting. The solution should include products and services consistent with those specified in the RFP.
The Bidder must also agree that any other member of UW Medicine may be eligible to join the Contract resulting from this RFP upon agreement to each term of the resulting Contract by signed, written amendment.

Period of Performance
The estimated time period for the contract is from August 15, 2024, to August 14, 2027.
UW Medicine reserves the right to extend this Contract for up to two (2) three-year (3-year) extension options for a total Contract Term of nine (9) years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at UW Medicine facilities in Seattle, Washington.
