Tree and Brush Clearing and Disposal along 184th St SE near Clearview Substation (Approx 146 Pole Miles), Snohomish County, WA

Scope of Work:
The contract involves comprehensive tree and brush management services along approximately 14.6 pole miles, starting at the Clearview Substation and proceeding east along 184th St SE, including all associated taps as detailed in Attachments I, II, and III. The contractor will be responsible for:

• Pruning, cutting, treating, removing, clearing, and disposing of trees and brush
• Providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the work

The work area is situated near Clearview and Snohomish, Washington, within Snohomish County.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the Snohomish County Public Utility District (the District).

Background:
The project, with an engineer's estimate of $242,350.00, is designed to maintain right-of-way clearance and ensure safe, reliable utility operations along the specified route in Snohomish County.

Contract Requirements:

• Bidders must be listed on the District's Small Works Roster.
• Contractors must be currently prequalified for Category D-1 Right-of-Way Clearing and Maintenance (Tree and Brush Work) prior to bidding.
