Background
Snohomish County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide temporary staffing services for the Department of Finance, Department of Human Resources, and additional County departments during the implementation of a new county-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
The goal is to address temporary staffing needs beyond the capacity normally available to backfill permanent positions, particularly during peak workload times.
Work Details
The contractor will provide temporary staffing services including:
- Collaborating with the County to establish position needs.
- Locating potential temporary personnel candidates.
- Arranging interviews between County and candidates.
Job positions include but are not limited to:
1. Financial Business Analyst Senior: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and five years of related experience.
2. Budget Analyst Senior I: Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and six years of experience in budgetary analysis.
3. Fiscal Systems Analyst Senior: Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and five years of professional accounting experience.
4. Technical Systems Specialist: Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and four years of experience in financial systems support.
5. Payroll Technician II: Requires an Associate's degree in Accounting or related field and two years of technical experience in payroll.
6. Accounting Specialist: Requires an Associate's degree in Accounting or related field and two years of technical experience in accounting functions.
7. Accounting Analyst Senior: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and four years of professional accounting experience.
Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon execution for three years, with an option to extend for one additional two-year term.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Snohomish County, Washington.

Proposers must comply with non-discrimination policies as outlined by Snohomish County laws, including Chapter 49.60 RCW and Chapter 2.460 SCC regarding discrimination based on race, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or disability.
