The Contractor will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and provide monthly progress reports detailing work completed on the platform and accelerator program. Deliverables include quarterly updates on platform upgrades, governance efforts, community engagement activities, outreach efforts, and data/resources added to the platform website.
Phase 2 (not funded under this RFP) may involve providing grant support for waste prevention and recycling initiatives.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon Ecology's signature and extend until June 30, 2027. Ecology reserves the right to extend the contract for two additional two-year periods based on funding availability.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in Washington State as part of the Statewide Market Development Platform initiative.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed to conduct business in Washington State or commit to becoming licensed within 30 days of being selected as the Apparent Successful Bidder. They must have at least three years of experience providing similar services and must not be suspended or debarred from government contracts.
Bidders are encouraged to engage small and diverse businesses in their proposals.
