The City of Port Angeles is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering and design services for the retrofit of the SR 117/US 101 interchange to a bi-directional configuration. The PS&E package must adhere to WSDOT standards, and work may also include construction inspection or management during the construction phase.
Period of Performance
The anticipated design schedule includes: Begin Preliminary Engineering in July 2026, Finalize Existing Conditions & Constraints by October 2026, Begin Community/Stakeholder Engagement in November 2026, Preferred Alternative Selection by April 2027, Begin ROW and Environmental in May 2027, with various design submittals leading up to a 90% Design Submittal by April 2028.
