Contract Requirements:
Bidders and their subcontractors must secure Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) cards prior to starting on-site work. The project site is adjacent to two Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) sites (Weyerhaeuser Mill-A and Exxon/Mobil Site), both under Agreed Orders as established by the Department of Ecology Toxics Group.
Instructions on Submission:
Bidders attending the pre-bid meeting must bring government-issued photo identification. While TWIC cards are preferred, those without a TWIC card must arrange for a TWIC escort at least 48 hours before the pre-bid meeting by contacting Ashley Bisset at 425-388-0612 or Ashleyb@portofeverett.com.
