Background
The University of Washington (UW) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call routine and urgent maintenance, repair, and installation of various types of doors.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the functionality and safety of door systems across the university's facilities.

Work Details
The services to be provided include maintenance, repair, and installation of the following types of doors:
- Roll-up doors
- Fire doors (including roll-up fire doors)
- Garage doors
- Mechanical-assist doors
- Standard doors
- Gates.

The selected vendors must meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the solicitation and be available for work in Washington State. UW may award multiple contracts for these services.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue as needed based on the requirements for maintenance and repair services.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within the University of Washington campus in Washington State.
