Work Details
The Farm Manager will be responsible for:
a. Coordinating shared resources and resolving disputes among leasehold farmers.
b. Working with the City to identify, prioritize, and implement repair, maintenance, and capital projects as needed (e.g., irrigation systems, fencing, roads).
c. Serving as the primary point of contact between the City and all farmers.
d. Documenting existing conditions and building a document library.
e. Promoting the products of the farmers.
f. Recruiting and selecting leasehold farmers in alignment with previous practices.
g. Ensuring compliance with lease agreements.

Period of Performance
The anticipated duration for this contract is up to one year after execution, with an estimated budget of $5,000 per month.

The services will be performed on Bainbridge Island, Washington.
