RFP-Consulting Roster for Enterprise Resource Planning System

Background
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by the Business Resource Center (BRC) of King County's Department of Executive Services. The goal is to establish a roster of eligible Information Technology (IT) Vendors who can provide expert Consulting Services related to various technologies and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems supported by the BRC.

The BRC currently supports six enterprise systems, including PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud SaaS, SAP Concur, and others. This RFQ aims to create a pool of pre-qualified consultants for timely and as-needed services.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide consulting services in the following categories:
- Category A: PeopleSoft HCM system focusing on HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll.
- Category B: Oracle E-Business Suite financial system.
- Category C: Financial reporting including BI Publisher/Discoverer.
- Category D: Oracle Fusion.
- Category E: SAP Concur.
- Category F: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud System.

The services will be procured through a work order process once the roster is established.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon countersignature by King County and will last for five years unless terminated or extended earlier as per the contract terms.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in King County, Washington.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must comply with King County's Small Contractor and Supplier (SCS) requirements. They are required to submit a Small Contractors and Suppliers Submission Form as part of their qualifications. Additionally, contractors must not have any conflicts of interest and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding public contracts.
