RFP-Centralized 911 and Radio Voice/ Data Logging Recorder

Background
King County is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide a Centralized 911 and Radio Voice/Data Logging Recorder. The goal of this contract is to enhance the county's emergency response capabilities through improved logging and recording of 911 calls and radio communications.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive solution that includes:
- A Centralized 911 and Radio Voice/Data Logging Recorder.
- Implementation of the proposed solution, including installation and configuration.
- Professional services such as project management, system design, migration planning, testing, documentation, and training for operational staff.
- Ongoing maintenance and support for the system throughout the contract term.
- Pricing must include all required software components, hardware components (including peripherals), network components, integration/interfaces, and any optional services. Proposers must differentiate costs associated with radio recording, phone recording, maintenance, and support in their pricing breakdown.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be fully implemented by October 30, 2026, with ongoing support throughout the contract term.

Place of Performance
The performance of this contract will primarily take place within King County.
