Washington State University, Franklin Extension, is in need of modifications to their research forage harvester per attached minimum specifications.
Background
Washington State University, Franklin Extension, is seeking modifications to their research forage harvester. The goal of this contract is to upgrade the hopper to a hanging box that can dump hay via gravity and close automatically, enhancing the functionality of their harvesting equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Upgrade the existing hopper to a hanging box that dumps hay via gravity and closes automatically.
2. Perform metal work to build out the frame on the harvester to support the new box and four load cells.
3. Remove the current box and load cells from the harvester.
4. Ensure that the new system provides accurate weight measurements to within 0.1 lbs for loads up to 1000 lbs.

The contractor must include parts, labor, and pickup/delivery if required (for non-local services). Additionally, at least one reference must be provided.

The work is expected to be completed by May 1, 2025.
