3. Leak Confirmation and Documentation: Document each leak with GPS coordinates, severity, estimated water loss; submit completed forms weekly; provide a GIS-compatible shapefile with leak data; return for verification after repairs are made within 150 days; submit a final report summarizing findings within 10 calendar days after fieldwork completion.
