Scope of Work:
The contract work requested involves a comprehensive modernization of the Yakima Air Terminal (YKM) Ticketing and Terminal Westside Passenger Areas (WO 2 WP 02). The project includes, but is not limited to:

• Building envelope alterations
• Slab edge extensions for envelope modifications
• Storefront installation
• HVAC additions and modifications
• Sprinkler system modifications
• Electrical, data, security, and lighting replacement
• Millwork and cabinetry
• Ceiling, flooring, and wall finishes
• Other related work as detailed in the Plans and Specifications

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is being issued for the Yakima Air Terminal Modernization project.

Background:
This is a re-bid for the Yakima Air Terminal Modernization (YKM) Ticketing and Terminal Westside Passenger Areas, Work Order 2, Work Package 02. The project is designed to upgrade and enhance passenger areas while maintaining continued airport operations.

Contract Requirements:
The contract period is three hundred and sixty (360) calendar days for completion. Construction will be phased to ensure ongoing operations during the project.

All work must be constructed in accordance with the provided Plans and Specifications.
