Vendors must ensure that all personnel working in secure locations are fingerprinted and have completed background checks prior to commencing work. Additionally, individuals must complete Criminal Justice Security Awareness Training and obtain certification in Security and Privacy: Basic Role to gain unescorted access to secured areas. The training process will be coordinated by the City.
