Printing Services for Business Cards and Letterhead

Background
The City of Redmond, Washington, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide printing services for business cards and letterhead stationery. The goal of this contract is to furnish high-quality print work on an as-needed basis for authorized City personnel. The City does not guarantee a specific volume of work or total contract amount.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

1. Printing of business cards, which may be one-sided or two-sided, using 2"x3.5" Classic Crest Recycled 100 Bright White 80lb smooth finish paper. Digital printing technology is acceptable.

2. Printing of letterhead, which is to be one-sided on 8.5"x11" Classic Crest Recycled 100 Bright White 70lb paper, with five different City addresses available for printing at the bottom. High-end printing with full bleed is required for letterhead.

The contractor must propose an ordering and billing process and provide draft proofs for review, making modifications as instructed by City staff. All completed print work must be delivered to Redmond City Hall at the specified address within two weeks from receipt of order.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be two years, with two optional two-year renewal terms, allowing for a maximum total term of six years.

The contract will be performed at Redmond City Hall located at 15670 NE 85th St, Redmond, WA 98052.
