Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek collaboration in the development of at least four solicitations that will be used to identify and develop pay-for-performance (or pay-for-success) initiatives for ecosystem restoration in Puget Sound. PSP is seeking expertise in conservation finance, which offers a model that ties funding for conservation to project outcomes, incentivizing the achievement of objectives, and project implementation.
Background
The Puget Sound Partnership (PSP) is the Washington state agency responsible for leading the restoration and protection of the Puget Sound ecosystem and salmon recovery. The agency aims to mobilize funding for these efforts, including innovative financing mechanisms such as pay-for-performance contracts.

This RFP seeks collaboration in developing at least four solicitations to identify and implement pay-for-performance initiatives for ecosystem restoration in Puget Sound, incentivizing project outcomes and implementation.

Work Details
The contractor will develop at least four model solicitations for pay-for-performance initiatives focusing on ecosystem restoration and salmon recovery across various landscapes and jurisdictions. Key deliverables include:
