Parcel 3 Berm Landscape Maintenance

Landscape maintenance services are being requested for the Parcel 3 Berm, covering approximately 6.8 acres. The work involves maintaining native landscape plantings to support a dense understory along the top and length of the berm, with the goal of enhancing both visual screening and sound attenuation. All tasks related to this area must be performed using trained, qualified personnel and industry-accepted practices, as detailed in Section 4.3 Service Requirements and Specifications. This solicitation is issued by the Port, which seeks to ensure ongoing maintenance of the Parcel 3 Berm to meet the specified standards and objectives. The contract is anticipated to begin in September 2025 and will continue for one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. The total contract term shall not exceed three years or $350,000.00, whichever occurs first. Estimated annual costs are between $58,000.00 and $62,000.00. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Bidders are to meet at the site, located at approximately 8153 NW Old Lower River Road, Vancouver, WA 98660.
