One-time purchase of High-Density Polyethylene Pipe

Background
Cowlitz County Department of Public Works is issuing a solicitation for a one-time purchase of high-density polyethylene pipe.
The purpose of this contract is to procure materials necessary for public works projects, aligning with the agency's mission to maintain and improve infrastructure in the county.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of High Density Polyethylene Pipe IPS SDR 17, PE4710, with a minimum 2% Carbon Black UV Stabilizer, in 40-ft continuous pipe lengths.
Specific quantities requested include:
- 320 LF of 8-inch diameter HDPE, SDR 17, PE4710;
- 400 LF of perforated 8-inch diameter HDPE, SDR 17, PE4710;
- 3,000 LF of 6-inch diameter HDPE, SDR 17, PE4710.
The vendor must provide firm prices without additional charges such as freight or fuel surcharges.
Payment will be made according to State Statute in the month following delivery upon receipt of a detailed invoice.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and delivery of materials as needed by Cowlitz County.
Bids are due by August 11, 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Cowlitz County Headquarters Landfill located at 3434 South Silver Lake Road, Castle Rock, WA 98611.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit their proposals using the attached Bidder's Proposal form.
All bids must comply with specified minimum requirements and deviations from specifications must be clearly listed.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
