Work Details
UW Medicine is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified and experienced Bidder to provide an enterprise-wide electronic Occupational Health Management system for occupational health records that meets the business and security requirements of the Agency and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The solution must store and maintain demographic and employee health information, such as immunization, Tuberculosis (TB) testing, and blood borne pathogen exposure records for the staff, faculty, volunteers, medical residents, and contract staff.

Period of Performance
The estimated time period for the contract is from December 2, 2024 to December 1, 2026. UW Medicine reserves the right to extend this Contract for seven (7) one-year (1-year) terms for a total Contract Term of nine (9) years at its sole discretion.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Washington State.
