Work Details

Bidders must submit Subcontractor List Form A for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical within one hour of bid submission if their proposal exceeds $1 million.

Additionally, Form B for Structural Steel Install and Rebar Install must be submitted within 48 hours after bid submission.

The successful bidder must comply with state prevailing wage rates applicable in King County and ensure that 15% of total labor hours are apprentice labor hours.
