Background
The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) in Washington State intends to award a Sole Source contract to the Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA) to enhance inclusive education systems across the state. Work Details

The contractor will also collaborate with OSPI and CEEDAR to create an Inclusive Principal Residency Framework and partnership roadmap.
Furthermore, WASA will facilitate a statewide convening focused on strengthening inclusive systems and cross-district collaboration. Regular documentation including bi-monthly coordination reports, mid-year sustainability reports, and year-end impact reports will be submitted to OSPI.
Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence on May 25, 2026, following approval by the Department of Enterprise Services (DES), and will run through May 31, 2027.

The services under this contract will be performed statewide across Washington State.
