Large Animal X-ray Room Repair and Integration

Background
Washington State University (WSU) is seeking a supplier to repair and integrate the Large Animal X-ray Room 1 at their Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The current system was installed in 1996, and the goal of this contract is to modernize the facility's X-ray capabilities by integrating new equipment into an existing overhead crane system designed specifically for the needs of this facility.

Work Details
The project requires the integration of a new X-ray Generator, X-ray Tube, Collimator, and Console into the existing overhead crane system. The specifications for the new system include:

- A generator capable of a minimum of 40kW and 500mA with incoming power of 220VAC, single phase.
- A console and an X-ray tube compatible with existing Trunnions made for Philips model #SRO 33100 ROT 350, serial #59426A258779, allowing direct attachment to the collimator.
- A collimator and a power supply ranging from 120VAC to 220VAC with a 24V output to integrate with the existing Philips overhead crane system.
- Provision of 80ft H.V. cables and all necessary cables associated with the X-ray tube and collimator.
- The ability to interface with Canon CXDI Tethered DR system and fabricate custom X-ray tube mounting if issues arise during installation.
- A one-year parts and service warranty is required. Installation must be completed within 30 days of issuing the purchase order.

Period of Performance
The installation of the new system must be completed within 30 days after the issuance of the purchase order.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Washington State University's Veterinary Teaching Hospital located in Washington State.
