Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be an authorized repair shop for the equipment being bid on and must submit a complete response package including a signed copy of submittal instructions, quote for each item listed, completed certifications and assurances, optional OWMBE declaration form, and a copy of the vendor’s W-9.
