Bidders must meet several qualifications including:
1. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in IoT security, OT security, industrial control systems security, and network segmentation.
2. At least 70% of personnel working on projects must hold relevant certifications from recognized institutions in cybersecurity.
3. Annual training requirements for personnel and subcontractors to stay updated with changes in cybersecurity policies and best practices.
4. Proof of certifications may be requested before contract execution.
