ITB - Services for Overhead Catenary System & Traction Power Substation

Background
King County is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Maintenance Services for the Overhead Catenary System (OCS) and Traction Power Substations.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of these critical systems that support public transportation.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance services for the Overhead Catenary System (OCS) and Traction Power Substations.
This includes:
1) Providing internal subject matter experts (SMEs) with relevant experience to lead troubleshooting and repair work;
2) Supporting from system manufacturers as needed;
3) Handling mobilization and demobilization costs effectively, especially for specialized equipment;
4) Billing based on a percentage of the total job cost, with provisions for unique jobs requiring specialized equipment.
The contractor must also provide three client references that can verify their expertise in similar work.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue until all services are completed as specified in the contract terms.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within King County, Washington.
