IT Managed Services Provider

Background
The Washington State Historical Society (WSHS) is seeking to engage an IT Managed Services Provider (IT MSP) through a competitive solicitation process. The goal of this contract is to obtain value-added IT services that meet or exceed mandatory specifications and performance requirements, thereby supporting WSHS's mission to preserve and promote the history of Washington State.

Work Details
The IT MSP will provide comprehensive IT support services, including but not limited to:
- Recurring scheduled IT support through dedicated on-site and remote resources.
- Monitoring, management, and support of desktop systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Routine maintenance, secure remote access, software patches, system performance monitoring, endpoint security, firewall and VPN configurations.
- End-user support for Microsoft 365 applications and web browsers.
- Daily backups of cloud and M365 environments.
- Disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Setup, training, and post-deployment support for specific platforms such as KeMU and Altru.
- Specialized support for cloud hosting from third-party vendors, infrastructure management, systems architecture, custom application development, backup planning, and access management.

Period of Performance
The contract term is up to seventy-two (72) months with the first twelve (12) months priced at a specified rate that may be adjusted thereafter.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided both on-site at WSHS's location in Tacoma, Washington, as well as remotely.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) prior to contract award. They should also comply with Executive Order 18-03 regarding workers' rights and must certify their status as a Washington Small Business or Certified Veteran-Owned Business if applicable.
