HVAC Services

Background
The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is seeking bids for HVAC services to support various state agencies and eligible purchasers. The goal of this contract is to provide preventative maintenance, non-scheduled service, and minor repairs for HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

This solicitation does not cover the replacement of entire units or upgrades.

Work Details
The scope of HVAC services includes:

1. Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Services: Inspection, testing, maintenance, adjustments, and part replacements necessary to keep HVAC systems operational according to original manufacturer specifications.

2. Non-Scheduled Services & Repairs: Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems that are not functioning properly, requiring inspection and service to restore proper operation. Only HVAC parts necessary for these services are included; new equipment or parts not related to the specified services are excluded.

Period of Performance
The contract term is up to sixty (60) months, with initial pricing specified for the first twelve (12) months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed across specified geographic regions in Washington State, including Olympic, Northwest, Southwest, South Central, North Central, and Eastern regions.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must certify as a Washington Small Business or a Certified Veteran-Owned Business to qualify for reserved awards. They must also comply with Washington's Procurement Code and be registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS).

Bidders are required to submit a Bidder’s Certification and may need to provide subcontractor information if applicable.
