Former Lilyblad Site Cleanup

Background
ECOLOGY is seeking architecture and engineering services from qualified firms to implement the Cleanup Action Plan at the Lilyblad Site. The Department of Ecology’s Solid Waste Management Program – Industrial Section is seeking Statement of Qualifications from Architectural / Engineering (A/E) firms. The mission of the agency is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment, and promote the wise management of air, land, and water for the benefit of current and future generations.

Work Details
The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a service contract for the Department of Ecology (ECOLOGY) in accordance with RCW 39.80. ECOLOGY is seeking architecture and engineering (A&E) services from qualified firms to implement the Cleanup Action Plan (CAP) at the Lilyblad Site.
The implementation includes installation and operation of the biosparge remedy, monitoring of site conditions and cleanup progress, preparation of reports, and engineering consultation.
The contract may cover other tasks associated with the implementation, such as permitting and periodic review.

Period of Performance
The period of performance of any Contract resulting from this RFQ is from date of award to June 30, 2029, unless at ECOLOGY’s sole discretion the contract is terminated sooner, or extended for additional periods.
Amendments extending the period of performance, if any, shall be exercised at the sole discretion of ECOLOGY and are subject to written mutual agreement.

The Former Lilyblad Cleanup Site located in Lacey, Washington.
