Facility Technology Modernization

Background
The Washington Department of Enterprise Services is conducting a competitive procurement for a comprehensive software technology solution to support Asset Management, Work Order Management, and Capital Project Management.
This initiative aims to enhance the management and preservation of the 144-acre state Capitol Campus in Olympia, which includes 42 state agencies, over 28 buildings, 18 public monuments, four state parks, and a 260-acre lake.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide Goods and/or Services as specified in Exhibit A – Statement of Work and Exhibit E – Prices for Goods/Services.
The scope includes all equipment, materials, supplies, ancillary parts, accessories, components, and services necessary for the implementation of the software technology solution.
All Goods must be new and unused of the latest model or design. The Contractor is also responsible for warranty services for both Goods and Services provided under this Contract.

Period of Performance
The contract term is three (3) years starting from 2024 with an option for Enterprise Services to extend it for up to seven (7) additional years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the state of Washington as required by Enterprise Services.
