Background
The State of Washington's Community Colleges of Spokane is seeking to engage FreshVue as a sole source provider for executive leadership development and strategic decision integration across the Chancellor’s Cabinet.
The goal of this engagement is to enhance leadership capabilities through specialized methodologies and proprietary materials that are not available from other vendors.
Work Details
The engagement will include:
1. Three 90-minute executive coaching sessions;
2. Five facilitated sessions with two specific individuals (Lori and Jason);
3. Administration and interpretation of the Kolbe A™ Index;
4. Development of proprietary workbooks and facilitation tools such as 'Revealing the System: Map Your Immunity to Change' and 'Experimenting for Growth';
5. Strategic writing and communications expertise to synthesize leadership conversations into clear frameworks;
6. Up to five hours per month of advisory support;
7. An optional Cabinet Coaching Track from May to September at an individual investment of $6,500 per person, which includes a Kolbe A assessment, six individual coaching sessions, and pre- and post-coaching surveys.
Period of Performance
The contract engagement is scheduled for three months from May to July, with an optional extension for the Cabinet Coaching Track running from May to September.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Community Colleges of Spokane.
